SRX4557792: short reads of Hanfu apple
1 ILLUMINA (HiSeq X Ten) run: 144.5M spots, 43.3G bases, 18Gb downloads

Design: A short insert size (300bp) library using Illumina TruSeq Nano DNA Library Prep Kits
Submitted by: nextomics
Study: Genome sequencing and assembly of apple
show Abstracthide Abstract
'Hanfu' (Dongguang × Fuji) is a widely grown apple cultivar in China, with the significant characteristics of bright red skin, highly cold-resistant ability and long shelf-life. These traits are the most desirable objective in apple breeding program, so we assembled the genome of "Hanfu" to explore the molecular and genetic determinants of these crucial traits to facilitate apple genomics research and DNA-informed breeding in the future.
